All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. All rates are retail and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).
We reserve the right to offer sales and pricing discounts from time to time. No price difference refunds will be granted to any prior reservations.
Confirmation of Booking
Clients are to pay in full at the time of confirming a booking unless by prior arrangement.
Payment vouchers issued through a third party must state the name of the issuing company, the number of clients, the date of issue and the amount of the full payment made to the third party.
Vehicle Cleanliness / Damage
We reserve the right to impose a fee for any damage done to the vehicle or any out of the ordinary cleaning made necessary by our passengers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations within 2 weeks of travel are not refundable.
There is no refund if you miss the tour.
On very rare occasions, we must cancel all or part of a tour, including in response to insufficient sales. If we cancel the entire tour because of insufficient sales, you will receive a full refund.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations of customer trips that result from weather, mechanical difficulties, sickness, family emergencies that may occur during or prior to your trip. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
Hop on Hop off and its affiliates respect your privacy and will keep your personal information private. We will never give out your personal information to third-parties. Personal information is defined as information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card and the details of your booking or bookings with us, including product, travel dates and times and the other people included in your booking.
