Description of what will be seen and done during the day:
The bus picks up at The Station Info Centre. First stop is the at the beautiful Lake Hayes for you to click some memorable photos. First Winery stop is at Akarua Wines & Kitchen by Artisan which is one of Queenstown’s premier winery restaurants. It offers an outstanding wine and food experience, located within a beautiful cottage and gardens. Next stop is Arrowtown. It is a perfectly preserved historic gold mining town with many heritage buildings. It is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and orchards which produce exquisite wines and fruits. Our 3rd stop is Amisfield Bistro & Cellar Door which is famous for their signature 'Trust The Chef' degustation menu – a 3 to 7 course gastronomic lunch or dinner experience designed to be matched with a selection of famous wines.
The bus then lets you hop off at Wet Jacket Wines (advance notice essential). Wet Jacket is a unique concept reverencing the history of farming in Central Otago and the European history of NZ while celebrating the modern wine industry of today. Next is the most popular adventure spot in Queenstown - AJ Hackett Bungy which is actually Home of the World’s first Bungy, Kawarau Bridge Bungy is now a historic landmark. Live More Fear Less and do a solo or tandem Bungy over the Kawarau river! They also have a Zipride, café and bar! After your adrenaline rush, you can go for a soothing wine tasting session at Peregrine Wines (advance notice essential) which is located against the backdrop of beautiful mountains. From Peregrine, we go further down Highway 6 to Cargo Brewery. Located within the stunning Waitiri Creek vineyard, Cargo Brewery has collaborated with Waitiri Creek Winery to create a unique tasting experience from aromatic gold lager to boutique cellar door wine.
There is a short drive from Cargo Brewery to Brennan Wines which is a family owned vineyard, winery, & cellar door which produces limited
quantities of iconic and finely-aged wines that truly represent the potential of this exceptional wine region. 100% Gibbston. A stone's throw away from Brennan is Mt Rosa Wines where you can enjoy a fun and friendly wine tasting in their renovated woolshed and cherish amazing valley views with a platter. Next destination in the Hop on Hop off Tour is Kinross Cellar Door & Bistro. It is a Boutique Vineyard Hotel, Cellar Door & Bistro in the heart of Gibbston. Official Cellar Door for

in the deep south of New Zealand and has a rich history going back to the gold mining days of the 1800 ’s. World class wines and craft beer accompany their delicious menu. Our last stop in the run in Gibbston Valley Winery. They offer much more than wines; take a winery tour, explore NZ’s largest Wine Cave, enjoy their seasonal menu and cycle Gibbstons trails.
